TDT 2.0 Road Trips
Today I am thankful for my ability to go on road trips. I'm thankful for trips for races, holidays and family visits. I wonder how many people who can take their well-running car on a trip to do what they want to do actually appreciate that gift. I do.
TDT 2.0 Holidays
Today I'm thankful for the AMAZING feeling that happens around the holidays. It really helps to make things completely possible that you would have never allowed yourself to imagine any other time of the year. Run further. Dream bigger. Smile wider.

TDT 2.0 Times
Today I'm thankful for those times when you just know what's right. Sometimes you know what's right because everyone around you is doing what's right and with the most genuine intentions. Today, I'm thankful for simple people. These people lay everything out there and speak plainly. I am thankful for these people because one is never on unstable ground with them. TDT 2.0 Alone
Today, I am thankful for the ability to run alone. When you think of all the forces you fight to just stand, you realize you've accomplished a lot just to be upright. Then add in falling gracefully forward for 26 miles. It's a miracle. Whether you're running alone on the street or metaphorically in your convictions, dedications, or … Continue reading TDT 2.0 Alone
TDT 2.0 Idealism
Today, I am thankful for idealism. I understand the need for realism from time to time, but idealists are what help us dream of things we never thought possible. TDT 2.0 Conversation
Today I am thankful for conversation. Sometimes it's the back-and-forth that volleys in my head on a run; imagining what my Dad would think about this or that.
