Breath can always restore peace in space. This peace leaves room for possibility and to connect with the understanding that you already have everything you need to be who you want to be; to be HOW you want to be.
Started a book today called The Happiness Advantage: The Seven Principles of Positive Psychology That Fuel Success Performance at Work by Shawn Achor (his Ted Talk). It was recommended by Todd Henry (via twitter), author of The Accidental Creative, Die Empty, and most recently, Louder Than Words. So far, the book is just as amazing as I would anticipate a book recommended by Todd Henry to be. Particularly lovely because it is entirely applicable to my grad school study. Are we happy when we are successful or successful because we are happy? Achor tells us what the research says.
What do you think?
