Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.
William Arthur Ward
When you feel overwhelmingly gratitude, express it.
Today, I extend excessive gratitude to Kate Grove. She teaches a Tuesday, 12pm yin yoga class and she is my friend. She is graceful and gracious. She is kind and thoughtful. She is honest and well-intentioned. Kate has a powerful and positive energy that can lift the gloomiest spirits. Kate can rise above the muck and mire that can that can entrench the soul to see the best in others and elevate them to a place of hope.
Kate, thanks for being my friend.
Do you feel gratitude for someone?
Who?
Do they know?
What would happen if they knew?
How can you tell them?
How can you show them?
What would it cost you?
Please share.
Elevate.
Piglet noticed that even though he had a very small heart, it could hold a rather large amount of gratitude.

Could not agree more – especially the part about Kate! I’m writing on gratitude, too. There’s such incredible power in appreciating and being with what is good, uplifting and joyous! Thanks for sharing…have a beautiful day! xx
Beyond grateful for my lovely yogi friends and family. Much love
