7.31.17 Hawaii Day 8

Root down to rise up.
What does that mean to you?
How do you root down?
How do you rise up?
Can you do both?
Can you do both in a yoga pose?
In relationships?
In life?
How?
Share.
Think. Connect. Elevate.

I knew who I was this morning, but I’ve changed a few times since then.

The rain is falling hard here this evening (as is often the case here in the jungle) after a super sunny and lovely day. Poor connectivity is preventing upload of the dolphin video. Morning meditation, a restorative yoga practice, yoga nidra, and Ayurveda Pitta study made for an extremely interesting day.

A few funny thoughts from the day:
On Mondays, we wear white.
Sometimes I’m not in my head.
I think I felt your liver and spleen.
You have a small liver. Do you drink? Are you in bed usually before 10?
