8.7.17 and 8.8.17 Hawaii Day 15 and 16

LAST NIGHT I SAW A VOLCANO!
I saw this volcano under the full moon… With a Native Hawaiian gentleman chanting to Pele… With two of the most lovely humans on the face of the planet… IT WAS AMAZING!

This morning’s meditation, pranayama, and movement were delightful. Tomorrow marks the half way point of the course and I think the group is starting the feel the strain of the work, the weather, and the hours. I’m feeling good and have amazing supports at home and here in the training. New friends went home today, but my sadness was eased with the knowledge that there are many ways to stay connected across the vast expanse of our planet.

Lots of learning, practice teaching, and perspective expanding for the rest of this week so rest is the current order of the evening. This reminds me of not only the importance of rest, but also the importance of continuing to learn, teach, and expand perspectives no matter what our current status.

How are you learning?
Teaching?
Expanding perspectives?
